Lorraine Chase became the fourth celebrity to be voted off I’m A Celebrity 2011 this series.
The 60-year-old former Emmerdale actress, found herself in the bottom two with model and DJ Emily Scott before presenters Ant and Dec announced her exit.
In her exit interview with Ant and Dec Lorraine said: “It is my sixtieth year. For my fortieth, and then my fiftieth, I did something. Like my fortieth I jumped out of an aircraft,” she said. “I’d been really slack on getting that sorted out.
“I’m sorry to say I haven’t watched the show rigorously. I’ve watched it when a friend’s been in – forgive me! – and I must say my idea of what people did in there was quite light.
“So, it got to November, I’m trying to look on the internet to see what I can do for my sixtieth year. I’ve only got December and it’s gone. I only knew two weeks before that I was coming in, I thought ‘it’s a gift’, and when I came in I thought, ‘oh, maybe not’, because it is so tough.”
The duo also asked about Pat’s tiff with her bear Tedward. “It had kind of gone over my head,” she explained. “I think, bless his heart, he wanted to do a Bushtucker Trial and it worked. But what I said to him was, you have to think before you do something for yourself so you’re not hurting someone else.”
Lorraine described her campmates as ‘extraordinary’ and said she wants Crissy to win.
