Jamie Oliver served up a tasty and healthy tandoori chicken salad on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 4x120g skinless chicken breasts, 4 teaspoons tandoori curry paste, 250g brown rice,1 small red onion, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, ½ a bunch of fresh mint (15g), 1 fresh red chilli, 4 heaped tablespoons natural yoghurt, 2 lemons, 1 tablespoon black mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 400g ripe mixed-colour cherry tomatoes, on the vine, 2 carrots, 2 little gem lettuces and 4 uncooked poppadoms.
