Jeremy Pang served up a tasty spam and wonton macaroni soup on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients for the soup are; 3 litres chicken stock, 45ml oyster sauce, 30ml light soy sauce, 1-2g Salt, 4 tbsp chiu chow chilli oil (on the side), Pickled carrot (pickle and leave In fridge overnight), 100ml rice vinegar, 100ml water, 30g sugar, 5g salt, 5ml sesame oil and 1 carrot, julienned.
