Hala El-Shafie served up tasty microwave fish parcels with pollock with vegetables on Eat Well for Less.
The ingredients are: 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and very finely sliced, ½ large leek, thinly sliced into rounds, 100g frozen green beans, 100g frozen peas, 4 x 75g frozen pollock fillets, skinned and boned, 1 tbsp finely chopped chives, 4 tsp olive oil, ½ lemon, juice only, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
