Dean Edwards served up a tasty honey glazed barbecue chicken salad for a hot summers day on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients for the dressing are: 50ml extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp sherry vinegar, 1 heaped tsp wholegrain mustard, 1 tsp runny honey, ½ tsp smoked paprika, 1 clove garlic, crushed and 2 x 220g pack chicken breast goujons (mini fillets).
For the salad: 300g new potatoes (Jersey Royals), 200g green beans, trimmed, 4 medium eggs, 2 little gem lettuce, 100g sun-blushed tomatoes, sliced if necessary and 50g black olives, pitted and halved.
