John Whaite served up a tasty chicken and Tuscan beans dish to kick-start the week on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 4 chicken thighs, skin and bones intact, 8 rashers pancetta/smoked streaky bacon, roughly chopped, 1 onion, sliced very finely in half moons, 2 tomatoes, roughly chopped, 4 garlic cloves, crushed, 175ml white wine, 1 tbsp tomato purée, 1 sprig fresh rosemary, finely chopped, Small handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped, 200ml chicken stock, 2 x 400g can cannellini beans, drained, Salt and pepper and Juice of ½ lemon.
