Sally Bee showcased her warm chicken tikka salad curry dish on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients for the tikka masala: 4 tsp shop bought tikka masala paste, 300ml fat free Greek yogurt, Handful of fresh coriander, chopped (save a few sprigs for garnish), Juice of 1 lemon, 2 tsp curry powder for an extra kick (optional), 2 tsp olive oil and 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced.
For the salad: 1 large red pepper, deseeded and cut into 8 strips, Handful fresh mint leaves, Salad leaves, to serve, Bunch watercress, picked, 1 cucumber, chopped, 100g cherry tomatoes, halved, 1 red onion, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp raisins, 50g whole almonds, toasted and Lemon wedges, to garnish.
