Sally Bee served up delicious healthy energy bites on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 50g hazelnuts, chopped, 50g sunflower seeds, chopped, 50g dried apricots, chopped, 50g raisins, 15g soft dark brown sugar, 50g oats, 50g granary brown flour, ½ tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp vegetable oil and 4 tbsp apple juice.
