John Whaite sticky spicy ribs with gochujang chilli paste recipe on Lorraine

John Whaite served up tasty sticky spicy ribs with barbecue sauce and gochujang chilli paste for Father’s Day on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 1 litre chicken stock (or water), 1.5kg pork ribs, 2 tbsp oil,1 onion, finely chopped, 3 tbsp sriracha or use John’s favourite gochujang chilli paste-a Korean chilli paste, 150g tomato ketchup, 4tsp soy sauce, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 3 tbsp dark brown sugar, 2 tbsp cider vinegar, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp fish sauce.
