Kimberly Wyatt served up a tasty summertime salmon and sweet potatoes dish on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 4 medium sweet potatoes, 300g each, Olive oil, 1 tsp dried dill, Thumb-sized piece root ginger, peeled and sliced into thin matchsticks, Finely grated zest of 1 lemon and 4 pieces skinless salmon fillet, 150g each.
To serve: Small bunch fresh dill, roughly chopped.
