Tim Lovejoy served up tasty Kung Fu Tuna on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 500g Tuna loin.
For the marinade: 2 x cloves garlic, finely chopped, 1 ginger, grated, 2 tbsp oil, 100ml soy sauce, 2 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar and Juice 1 lime.
For the vegetables: 1 fennel, 1/2 cucumber, 1 large carrot, 3 x spring onions, 1 red pepper and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
To serve: 200g broad rice noodles, Vegetable oil for deep frying, 1 chilli sliced and 2 x spring onions, sliced.
