Melt in the mouth Caribbean Spicy pork ribs with roasted corn on the cob served up by Fafa Gilbert on today’s episode of This Morning.
The ingredients for spicy pork ribs: 600g rack of Pork ribs and 2 tablespoons of groundnut oil.
For the Marinade: 20g of fresh ginger, 5 juniper berries, 5 sage leaves, 20g of fresh lemon thyme, 2 large peeled & chopped shallots, 1 clove of garlic, 1 jalapeno pepper or green chilli, 300ml of pineapple juice, Salt and pepper to taste, Honey glaze, A teaspoonful of Nigella seeds (optional) and 2 tablespoons of honey (optional).
