James Tanner served up a tasty seared sesame tuna dish on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 180g purple sprouting broccoli, 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ red onion, sliced, 4 spring onions, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, sliced, ½ red pepper, sliced, 4 tbsp kecap manis soy sauce, 1 tbsp Sriracha chilli sauce, 100ml water, 200g packet of fresh egg wok noodles, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 x 140g skinless tuna steaks and Coriander sprigs and lime wedges, to serve.
