John Whaite served up tasty crispy chicken crispies with Stilton Sriracha sauce on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 600g chicken mini breast fillets (or just cut 600g chicken breasts into smaller chunks), 300g buttermilk, Sea salt flakes and coarse black pepper, 150g crisped rice cereal, Oil, for frying, 220g Stilton cheese, at room temperature and 100g Sriracha (hot chilli sauce).
