Mary Berry served up tasty green vegetables with mint caper butter on Mary Berry’s Easter Feast.
Mary says: “This is a flavourful side dish that is wonderful with a roast.”
The ingredients are: 300g fine green beans, trimmed and halved, 200g baby broad beans, 200g mangetout, halved lengthways, 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint and coarse sea salt and black pepper.
For the caper butter: 30g butter and 3 tbsp capers, kept whole and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
