Mary Berry served up a delicious apple frangipane tart on Mary Berry’s Easter Feast.
Mary says: “This is a perfect Easter pud, simple to make and full of sweetness.”
The ingredients for the tart base are: 175g digestive biscuits, 75g butter and 200g Bramley apples.
For the filling: 75g butter, softened, 75g caster sugar, 2 free-range eggs, beaten, 75g ground almonds, 1 tsp almond extract and 50g flaked almonds.
