Ching-He Huang served up a tasty Taiwanese style noodles with soy chilli steamed scallops on Saturday Kitchen.
Ching says: “Give scallops an Asian twist with this flavourful recipe, the perfect meal to celebrate Chinese New Year.”
The ingredients for the noodles are: ½ tbsp peanut or rapeseed oil, 1 garlic clove, finely chopped, ½ red chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped, 200g winter spinach, washed and drained, 300g rice noodles, soaked and 1 spring onion, washed and sliced lengthways to resemble blades of grass.
