Dean Edwards served up a delicious sugar free apple and pear nut crumble dessert on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients: 10g unsalted butter, 250g braeburn apples, peeled, cored, and cut into inch pieces, 250g ripe pears peeled, cored, and cut into inch pieces, 100g raisins, Small knob fresh ginger, grated and ½ tsp ground cinnamon.
For the crumble: 100g rolled oats, 100g crushed almonds, 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted and 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup.
