Ching He Huang served up a tasty steamed haddock with Chinese salsa verde on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 2 haddock loins, Pinch of salt, Pinch of ground black pepper, Pinch of turmeric, Pinch of dried chillies, 1 tsp rice wine, 1 tsp low sodium light soy sauce and 1 tsp toasted sesame oil.
For the Salsa Verde: 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp low sodium light soy sauce, 3 tbsp mirin, 1 inch freshly grated ginger, 1 large red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, 1 small bunch of coriander, leaves and stem, 2 spring onions, finely chopped and Juice of ½ lemon.
For the vegetables: 200g baby corn, washed and sliced into rounds, Cavolo Nero Kale, washed, finely shredded, 300g brown rice and 600ml water.
