James Tanner served up a delicious baked Christmas glazed ham with new potatoes for Christmas lunch on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 3 kg smoked gammon joint, 2 large carrots cut in half lengthways to use as a trivet if you do not have a rack to fit your oven tray, 20 cloves, 250g good quality marmalade, 150g light brown sugar and 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard.
