Dean Edwards served up a tasty Spanish turkey stew made from leftover turkey on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 2 onions, sliced, Oil for frying, 4 cloves garlic crushed, 150g chorizo, sliced, 4-5 sprigs fresh thyme, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 500ml tomato passata, 500ml chicken stock, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 500g shredded turkey, 400g can haricot beans, drained, 1 red pepper, deseeded and chopped, 1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped, 70g green olives, sliced and 2 tbsp flat leaf parsley.
