Lisa Allen’s chocolate mousse and sultanas dessert recipe test the MasterChef: The Professionals 2015 semi-finalist – Mark, Nick, Danilo – at the Michelin-starred Northcote Hotel restaurant in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire.
Lisa has led the kitchen at the Northcote for 11 years, retaining their Michelin star by showcasing the food of the region in her exquisite plates of food.
After a long hard day in her kitchen, the three semi-finalist must cook Lisa’s show-stopping dessert of tempered chocolate cylinder filled with chocolate mousse and sultanas, with sheep’s milk ice cream and pulled sugar to her exact recipe.
