Gennaro Contaldo served up a delicious traditional Christmas tiramisu dessert for the festive season on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 large free-range eggs, separated, 225g caster sugar, 450g mascarpone cheese and 300ml double cream.
For the coffee: 200ml espresso coffee, 225ml limoncello, 250g sugar and approximately 40 savoiardi biscuits (or any dry sponge or panettone).
To decorate: 50g quality dark chocolate, 70% cocoa solids and Zest of one lemon.
