James Martin served up delicious pancakes with clementines and a French Suzette sauce for a festive dessert on Home Comforts at Christmas.
The ingredients for the pancakes or crêpes: 125g plain flour, 1 free-range egg, 300ml milk and 25g butter.
For the sauce: 75g caster sugar, 50ml brandy, 4 clementines, 1 lemon, juice only and 25g unsalted butter.
