Marcus Wareing served up a tasty watercress soup with poached eggs and fresh almonds on MasterChef: The Professionals.
To make his soup Marcus mixes chicken stock, cream, and potatoes as a base mixture, before adding lots of watercress to the pan.
Marcus made the dish to showcase his recipe and to demonstrate the standard that is expected from the professional chefs that will be challenged to prepare the dish for their skills test in the MasterChef: The Professionals kitchen.
