Ainsley Harriott served up a mouthwatering stir-fried velvet beef with pak choi dish on Len and Ainsley’s Big Food Adventure.
Ainsley’s recipe was inspired following a trip to Manchester’s Chinatown where he introduced Len Goodman to a variety of Chinese food.
Ainsley says: “This is a very simple dish that is easy to make, and it is delicious and rewarding.”
