Brian Turner make a delicious rice pudding dessert with vanilla and coconut milk on My Life on a Plate.

Brian made the dessert served with raspberry jam cooked with white rum as a nostalgic dessert for DJ Tony Blackburn to remind him of his mum’s cooking.
