Glynn Purnell served up a tasty sweet and spicy sticky ribs dish perfect for a Halloween feast on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 onion, thinly sliced, 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced, 4 cloves, ½ stick of cinnamon, 1 tsp onion seeds, 1 tsp powdered ginger, 1 rack of ribs – split into individual ribs, 2 ltr water – enough to fill pan, 150g caster sugar, 50ml white wine vinegar, 50ml dark soy sauce, cornflour, to dust, Vegetable oil, to fry, 1 medium heat chilli, rough chopped and Small bunch fresh coriander, chopped.
