Brian Turner served up a tasty Caribbean inspired vegetable stew with fried dumplings and a red pepper sauce on My Life On A Plate.

Brian made his dish for TV presenter Diane Louise Jordan, taking her back to her childhood and bringing back memories of her mother’s home cooking.
