Nadia Sawalha served up delicious meatloaf muffins with mash frosting and easy tomato sauce. on today’s episode of Lorraine.
the ingredients are: 600g ground beef, chicken, lamb or pork, 60g fresh breadcrumbs, 1 large carrot, grated, 1 tomato, finely chopped, 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, Small bunch of parsley, finely chopped, 1 onion, finely chopped and 1 clove garlic, minced.
For the mash potatoes: 6 large pots, peeled and cubed, Tbsp butter or olive oil and Salt and pepper.
