James Martin served up a tasty Bolognese with tagliatelle for food heaven on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients for the pasta: 250g 00 flour, 3-4 medium free-range eggs (preferably with bright yellow yolks) and 250g fine semolina flour.
For the bolognese: 4 tbsp olive oil, 150g pancetta, diced, 225g beef mince, 225g pork mince, 2 x 400g tins chopped tomatoes, 4 garlic cloves, chopped, 2 tbsp fresh basil, torn (optional) and sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
To serve: 100g Parmesan cheese, grated.
