Liz Earle served up a tasty roasted pumpkin soup on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 medium – or 1 large – pumpkins, 4 garlic cloves, 1-2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil, 2 red onions, finely chopped, 1 orange, zest & juice, 1 litre of vegetable stock, dollop of crème fraîche, fresh thyme and roasted pumpkin seeds to sprinkle on top.
