Dean Edwards served up his childhood favourite spaghetti carbonara dish on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 220g spaghetti, 3 egg yolks, 70g cream cheese, 70g grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving, Black pepper to season, 200g smoked pancetta, cubed, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove garlic, lightly crushed and Few sprigs flat leaf parsley for garnish.
