John Torode served up a tasty Malaysian crowd pleasing beef rendang curry on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 40g coriander seeds, 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon ground turmeric, 2 lemon grass stalks, bashed, 50ml vegetable oil, 3 large onions, finely chopped, 6 garlic cloves, grated, 6 red chillies, de-seeded and chopped, 2 thumb-sized pieces fresh root ginger, peeled and minced, 1.5kg stewing beef (shin is the very best), cut into pieces about 2.5cm square, 2 bay leaves, 2 x 400g tins coconut milk, 500ml hot strong veal or beef stock and 1 x 100g black creamed coconut.
