Dean Edwards served up a tasty fish pie that is perfect for a Friday night supper on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients: 4 eggs, 1 leek, washed and shredded, Oil, for frying, 500g fish of your choice cubed, e.g. salmon, haddock, pollock, 300ml crème fraiche, 1 tbsp English mustard, 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley, Salt and pepper to season, 2-3 large maris piper potatoes, sliced ½ cm thick, 20g unsalted butter, melted and 100g Cheddar cheese, grated.
