Angela Hartnett Michelin starred foolproof risotto recipe on This Morning

Angela Hartnett served up a tasty Michelin starred foolproof risotto with Pumpkin, blue cheese and sage on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 300g pumpkin, diced, Salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil, 150g cold butter, diced, 1 small onion or 2 small shallots, chopped, 1 x glove of garlic crushed, 300g Arborio risotto rice, 100ml white wine, About 1.5 litres hot vegetable stock, Flat leaf parsley, chopped and mixed with the remaining butter, 100-200gms fresh Parmesan, finely grated, 100gms Gorgonzola and Sage leaves, fried in little oil until crispy.
