Tim Allen’s Frugal Flowers dessert recipe and Michael’s Centenary Cookbook in 4D dessert recipe impressed Michelin stared chef Marcus Wareing on the Great British Menu.

The two chefs from the North East scored the highest mark for the week and will cook off for the judges on Friday to see who will represent the North East at the banquet.
