The ingredients are: 250g unsalted butter, 175g golden caster sugar, 125g desiccated coconut, 100g cornflakes, 12g cocoa powder and 200g self-raising flour.
To decorate: 100g milk chocolate, 75g coconut flakes and 50g white chocolate.
