Polish flat bread recipe on The Hairy Bikers’ Northern Exposure

Si and Dave make Polish flat breads to serve with their bigos stew on The Hairy Bikers’ Northern Exposure.

The Bikers says: “Flatbreads are easier to make than you may think, these flatbreads are a Polish twist on naan bread, best served with a warming pot of stew.”

The ingredients are: 600g white bread flour, 1 tsp salt, 20g fresh yeast or 7g sachet dried yeast, 1 onion, very finely chopped, 150ml warm water, 150ml yoghurt or sour cream, 1 large free-range egg, beaten, 1 tbsp honey, For the topping, knob of butter, melted, 1 tbsp dill seeds and1 tbsp caraway seeds.
