Chef Rick Stein served up a tasty John Dory alla Carlina fish dish on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 4 john Dory fish fillets, Salt and freshly ground black pepper, 50g plain flour, 2 tbsp olive oil, plus extra to serve, 1 lemon halved, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 small gherkins, finely chopped, 2 tbsp capers; 1 tbsp finely chopped, 1 tbsp whole, 2 tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and finely chopped, 3 tbsp tomato sauce, 250ml fish stock and Small handful flat-leaf parsley, chopped.
For the tomato sauce: 6 tbsp olive oil, 20g/4 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 1 kg well-flavoured tomatoes, peeled, or 2 x 400g tinned tomatoes and salt and freshly ground black pepper.
