Dean Edwards served up a tasty summer sausage spaghetti dish on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 400g cherry tomatoes, halved, Olive oil for drizzling, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 6 good quality pork sausages of your choice, 1 onion, finely diced, 3 cloves garlic, crushed, 80ml white wine (optional), 320g Spaghetti, 50g breadcrumbs, fried, 200g tub bocconcini (baby mozzarella), 100g pitted black olives, halved, Small bunch fresh basil and Salt and ground black pepper.
