John Whaite served up a tasty Turkish pizza on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients for the bread: 400g white bread flour, 7g salt, 7g fast-action yeast, 10g sugar and 280ml tepid water.
For the topping: 250g minced lamb, 2 cloves garlic, finely minced, 2 tsp sumac, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp sea salt flakes, 1 tsp cracked black pepper, Small handful each fresh coriander and mint, finely chopped, 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 1 fat red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped.
For rolling: Flour and Ground polenta or semolina.
To assemble: 6 tbsp hummus, 90g feta cheese and Seeds of 1 small pomegranate.
