The ingredients for the mackerel with tomato and sardine ketchup are: 4 mackerel fillets.
For the sardine and tomato ketchup: A little olive oil, 2 red onions, peeled and chopped, 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped, 1 kg ripe tomatoes, 75g caster sugar, 2 bay leaves, 1 rosemary sprig, leaves only chopped, 200ml red wine vinegar and 3 a 120g ins good quality sardines in tomato sauce.
