Rick Stein served up a tasty Greek dish of lobster with pasta for food heaven on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 lobster, about 800g, salt for cooking, 100ml olive oil, 3 beefsteak tomatoes, peeled and chopped, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1 tbsp tomato purée, 1 red long or bell pepper, deseeded and sliced 1cm thick, ½ tsp sea salt, 175g spaghettini and few leaves fresh basil, thinly sliced.
