Leila Lindholm serves up seared tuna sashimi with avocado salad on Saturday Kitchen.
Leila says: “A Scandi take on sushi using lightly seared tuna served with a spicy salsa. An easy but impressive starter.”
The ingredients are : 500g fresh tuna loin (sushi grade), 2 tbsp olive oil, 100g pine nuts, 4 avocados, peeled and chopped, 1 bunch coriander, roughly chopped, 5 drops sesame oil and sea salt and black pepper.
For the dressing: 50ml soy sauce, 1 lemon, juice only and 1 jalapeño chilli pepper, thinly sliced.
