Leila Lindholm serves up a delicious frozen pea ice cream with bananas and mint on Saturday Kitchen.
leila says: “Pop the bananas in the fridge the night before and you can have this healthy dessert ready in less than 5 minutes.”
Thee ingredients are: 4 frozen sliced bananas, 1 handful fresh mint, 250g/9oz frozen peas, ½ lime, juice only, 2 tbsp agave syrup and 5 drops liquorice essence, or a pinch of liquorice powder.
