Ainsley Harriott help chef Mario to cook pasta with cauliflower and anchovies on Ainsley Harriott’s Street Food in Sicily.
Ainsley says: “This is a dish that is typical of Sicily that use simple cheap ingredients and make them taste like a feast.”
The pasta used for the dish is Bucatini, also known as perciatelli, and it is a thick spaghetti-like pasta with a hole running through the center.
Mario served the Bucatini in a cauliflower, pine nut, arisen and anchovies sauce.
