Ainsley Harriott served up a tasty Sicilian broad beans and artichoke salad served with fresh tuna steak on Ainsley Harriott’s Street Food in Sicily.
His ingredients includes onions, garlic, pinenuts (toasted), mint, chilli as well as the artichoke and broad beans.
Ainsley served the salad with an Arab inspired dressing that includes olive oil, saffron, sweet Italian vinegar and lemon juice.
