Dean Edwards served up a tasty black and blue steak salad dish for the weekend on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 800g new potatoes, washed, 1 tbs olive oil, plus extra for drizzling, Salt and ground black pepper, ½ loaf ciabatta bread (stale is good), 2 sirloin steaks, 6 baby gem lettuce halved and ½ red onion, sliced thinly.
For the dressing: 150ml Buttermilk, 3 tbs Mayonnaise, Juice ½ Lemon, 100g soft Blue cheese, ½ clove garlic minced and 30ml olive oil.
