Nigella Lawson makes a delicious Italian liquorice pudding on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 60 ml water, 1 teaspoon pure italian liquorice pellets (such as amarelli rossano), 2 tablespoons light brown muscovado sugar, 175 ml double cream, 2 teaspoons cornflour, 1 tablespoon milk and soft sea salt flakes (to serve).
